No Refund Policy (All Services & Programs)

All purchases made through LYFE Balance, Inc. are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Coaching programs

• Consulting services

• Genetic testing services and result interpretation

• Digital programs, courses, and educational materials

• Memberships, workshops, and live or recorded sessions

• One-on-one consultations or strategy calls

Once payment is processed and access is granted, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Personalized & Digital Services

LYFE Balance programs and services are:

• Personalized

• Time-based

• Knowledge-based

• Delivered immediately or reserved exclusively for the client

For these reasons, all services are considered final sale.

Cancellation Policy

​

Clients may cancel future participation in ongoing services or memberships in accordance with the specific terms outlined at the time of enrollment.

• Cancellation applies to future services only

• Fees already paid are non-refundable

• Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund

Genetic Testing Services

​

Genetic testing services are non-refundable once an order has been placed or a test kit has been processed.“Due to the personalized, proprietary, and individualized nature of these services, no exceptions are made.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling in any LYFE Balance program or service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting LYFE Balance directly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Revocation of program access

• Collection activity where permitted by law

Sole Discretion

LYFE Balance, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for any exception to this policy. No exception is guaranteed.
