You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase any LYFE Balance program or service. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Practitioner education programs, including Raise the Script and the DNA Strategy™ Starter Kit

• One-on-one or group-based educational sessions

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing any LYFE Balance program or service, you authorize payment in full at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan selected. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. No Refund Policy

​

All purchases are final sale.

Because LYFE Balance services include immediate access to proprietary materials, reserved time, and individualized preparation, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds are issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all services, programs, digital products, and educational offerings.

7. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of future participation in ongoing services in accordance with the specific terms provided at enrollment.

• Fees already paid are non-refundable

All content provided by LYFE Balance, including but not limited to text, videos, frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, trademarks, logos, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of LYFE Balance, Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or professional educational use only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

• Share materials with unauthorized individuals

• Use materials to create competing products or services

• Represent LYFE Balance content as your own

 

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

9. Practitioner-Specific Terms

​

Practitioner education programs are intended for educational and informational use only.

Participants may not represent LYFE Balance frameworks or materials as licensed, clinical, or diagnostic services. Responsibility for ethical and lawful use of educational content rests solely with the practitioner.

LYFE Balance is not responsible for how practitioners apply or communicate educational information within their own businesses.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• Share login credentials or access

• Use content for unlawful or prohibited purposes

• Interfere with the operation of LYFE Balance platforms

 

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYFE Balance, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, programs, or materials.

Participation in LYFE Balance offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
