Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & SCHEDULING POLICY Please review the following policy before confirming your appointment. 1. Scheduling & Preparation All appointments are scheduled intentionally and require preparation in advance. By booking, you agree to arrive on time and ready to engage for the full duration of your session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or counted as a forfeited session, depending on the service booked. 3. Late Arrivals Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings. 4. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are considered a no-show and may not be rescheduled. 5. Scope of Appointments Appointments are designed to support clarity, decision-making, and professional guidance. They do not replace medical care and do not establish an ongoing provider–patient relationship. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
