Hi! I'm Dr. Lawful, a doctor of pharmacy and trained health coach specializing in nutrition and genomics.

I've been where you are.


I've worked as a pharmacist in the hospital setting for over 15 years, struggled with fatigue, insomnia, weight loss, and finding time to take care of myself. 


Something had to give because I was heading down the path of being put on medications.

I had to find a way to start taking care of myself so that I could get healthier, have energy to play with my daughter and be around to see her grow up.
